GlowMe didn’t set out to build a loyalty programme. We set out to change how India thinks about personal gear hygiene -starting with helmets and shoes and the things we carry every day. Along the way, we found that the people who care most about this aren’t just customers. They’re riders who know what a dirty liner costs them. Gym members who’ve swapped infected shoes for a podiatrist. Professionals who think about what their personal items carry before they enter their workspace.
