GlowMe Smart began with a simple, uncomfortable observation.
Riding through Hyderabad every day, I wore my helmet without question. What I couldn’t ignore was what was accumulating inside it: sweat, bacteria, and fungal growth in the liner with no real way to address it. And it wasn’t unique to me.
Millions of helmets, shared shoes, and everyday gear we depend on most and disinfect least. We had normalized the risk simply because no one had built the solution.
When the pandemic sharpened the world’s awareness of hygiene, I saw the opportunity clearly: the world didn’t need another generic hygiene product. It needed hygiene infrastructure – automated, contactless, and engineered for real conditions of heat, dust, and scale. So we built it ourselves.
GlowMe Smart is the manufacturer, not a reseller, not a badge on someone else’s hardware. We design and build our own smart disinfection machines, formulate our own disinfectant, and own the technology end to end. That control is what lets us hold every machine to a single standard, wherever in the world it operates.
Today that standard reaches fourteen countries. In five of them – India, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany, and the United States – we operate under our own GlowMe Smart brand. In the remaining nine, including China, our machines run under white-label partnerships, where leading operators deploy our technology as their own.
My ambition is straightforward but serious: to make intelligent, world-class hygiene technology a standard feature of modern life, from petrol stations to five-star hotels, and to keep building it ourselves, for the world.
