Approved Liquid Supply: Important Distinction

GlowMe franchise partners must use only GlowMe-approved MSDS-certified formulated liquids inside the machines. These liquids are engineered for machine use only and are not positioned as standalone direct-application products.

  • Machine-use formulated liquids include AquaMist, EucaMist, Marine Mist, and Anti-allergy Mist, subject to the model and deployment requirement.
  • These liquids support the automated six-mechanism disinfection cycle, including UV-C, ozone treatment, vaporised disinfectant liquid steam, deodourisation and essence infusion, 360-degree hot air drying, and fan-based air cooling.
  • The steam stage uses vaporised formulated disinfectant liquid, not water, which keeps the machine process aligned with GlowMe operating standards.
  • Using unapproved liquids, water, or substitute products inside the machine can affect performance, service terms, and warranty coverage.
  • PureLine is a separate ready-to-apply product category for direct surface use and should not be described as the kiosk refill liquid.
